Mmm made in China, # RN108833 I have to say how very disapointed I am in the quality of hand bag I bought. I normally get tired of my purse before I want to buy another one, but this time I found a purse that I love, color and all, and it started to fall apart after a month. First the strap stitching pulled apart, causing the purse to fall off my shoulder, onto the ground ( my husband was able to drill a hole and attach beading wire to secure the strap). Next a few days later the inner zipper broke off and finally the stitching on the outside of my purse is pulling apart. This purse was quite expensive and should not have fallen apart. I would expect a coupon for replacement. Sincerely, Lori Errico Loraine1664@yahoo.com

where can I buy reversable rosetti handbag
Posted on 10/3/2011 6:58:00 AM by Anonymous
I see that I am not alone. I am a purse fanatic and finally found a purse that I really love. Well after about 3 months the handles are ripping off!! I have sent in a complaint to Rosetti and hope they will honor their product by sending another. If not I will never buy another Rosetti product again and will make sure all my friends don't either.

nice to see that I am not the only dis-satisfied customer. Look at the label inside the bag though. Most of them are PVC and they are MADE IN CHINA. I will not be buying another Rosetti purse, I've had mine for less than three months and the straps are ripping off. :( My $5 Old Navy purse may not have looked as nice but at least after 10 years, it's NOT ripped.

VERY disappointed in the handbags. Purchased one last year and was broken within the week. Then bought another one last saturday in new york and it's broken beyond repair and it is now saturday. Should last more than a week. Wouldn't have bought it because of the first one breaking so soon, but didn't think it would happen again. I was wrong. And I was wrong to have bought from them again. Now for sure will never buy one again.

I read all the bad comments about Rosetti bags, but I am one of the proud owners of Rosetti bags. I have one that I bought over ten years ago and keep going back to, and I bought one last year, and I love it. A metal ring comes off? Pliers can fix that. Be proactive as much as you can and try to do simple repairs yourself! Don't treat it rotten and it WILL last for years.

Very disappointing. My bag cost me $60 at JCP and within a few months the handles started coming off the metal rings. I found the telephone number and address, but does anyone have the manufacturer's email address?

I just bought my first and only Rosettii handbag. I paid almost $60 and the thing fell apart in about two weeks. I want to get ahold, in contact with the company. Can you help?

I have a light pink Rosetti zip top bag with the bottom compartment to store the matching wallet and coin purse. It closes with a flap and a metal twist clasp. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this purse!! I found it in a thrift store and paid $2.50 for it. The wallet and coin purse were still in it. I NEED one of every color now. It's in immaculate condition. I have no idea how old it is but I use it all the time. Anyone know who or where I need to go to find more of them?

I have had my Rosetti Isabelle Sterling Tote for less than 2 months and the inside zipper split already. I barely have used it, too! I called the company using the # people listed below and was told to email customer service. I will try emailing them and see what they say.

I tried for over 6 weeks to get satisfaction in regards to a Rosetti bag that is falling apart. The lining is falling apart, the handles are falling apart..After 6 phone calls, with no results I wrote directly to Customer Service and told them exactly how I felt about their customer service.Within 5 days I had a replacement bag..DON'T GIVE UP IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT. Write a letter..

I was very happy with my Rosetti purse that I bought not long ago at JCP. I liked the way it was designed and all. However, the trim on the handles is peeling off. I've tried to super-glue it. Continued to peel. I'll just have to continue to peel off the black trim as it comes loose until it is all gone. I paid more for it than I usually pay for purses but thought I'd really like to have a nice one. I'm going back to the cheap things. Even though they don't last long, they last longer per $ than the expensive things seem to do.

I bought an inexpensive Rosetti and after two weeks, the lining started to rip and come apart-It is a mess-I am very discouraged with this brand of purse.

I love my rosetti handbag. I have one of the small shoulder bags. It is well organized or I mean you can have everything organized it it. The only problem is that it needs to be about 1 in. in lenght longer about 1-1 1/2 in. wider and 2 in taller. Then to me it would be just about perfect. I do own 6 of these handbags. each time a newone that is close in design I buy it. but just not the same. Thanks for listening. Sharon Let me know if you decide to make one.

I just called them at 212-279-3470 and left a message, but decided to call back to see if I could talk to a representative, which I thankfully did and I've sent her a link to a purse that I have (in which the one strap is falling apart) with my contact info and she said if she can, she will send me another purse! :) Just when you call, hit zero to speak to an operator, much better than just leaving your name and a message (if you ask me). Hope that helps!

I bought a handbag in May and I love the handbag but now the straps are tearing apart. I have e-mailed the company and I have not gotten a response. It's a shame because that bag is the perfect size and the straps are the perfect length. Has anyone had any luck contacting the company and getting a refund or exchange?

I purchased a risotto handbag at Macys about 1 month ago. The inside sipper part is falling apart. The threads are coming lose and I'm sure will rip soon! I've never had a problem with your handbags before. I own maybe a dozen. What can be done about this? Macys told mr to contact the company directly.

Evidently, you did not. I am Joyce Beasley and I have a Rosetti hobo bag which I love which has a four strap bag and which has one strap which is becoming unbound. I dislike intensely using a bag which is coming apart and have never had a Rosetti bag do this so did not save receipts or tags. Usually, I use your bags until they fall apart with wear; however, I just bought this one at the begining of the year in February or March. Should I ship the bag back to you?

I just bought an adorable crossover bag called LILY BLOOM made by rosetti. I found it at TJ MAXX (months earlier I had found a wallet by the same name at the same TJ MAXX). I want to find more of these products because they're made out of recycled plastic bottles which I LOVE!! The only place online I've been able to find them is through Sears in Canada. :o(

A week ago I purchased an adoreable Rosetti floral print bag with a braided pleather strap that came with a polka-dotted umbrella. It reminds me exactly of the paper flower-power dresses from the '60's. I think including an umbrella is a superb idea, but a better quality one would make more sense as I've already had to chuck mine. Overall, the quality of the purse/umbrella combo is about what I'd expect to get for the $19.99 I paid at Marshall's. That said, it is a fun bag and it looks great. It's a very cute design and I love the little loop inside to hang my keys on.

The strap on my bag began to pull away, and the cobbler said it would be $30 to repair. I contacted Rosetti Handbags at 212-279-3470 and spoke to a wonderful customer service rep. In less than two week, she sent me two free bags to replace the damaged one. Not quite the style I had described (I like the built in wallet), but the gesture was very appreciated!

I believe it is the year of the Ugly Handbag...if the style is nice the print is awful and if the print is nice, the style is clumsy. I give up!

Has anyone had any luck getting help from this company regarding their merchandise falling apart. The strap on my bag (less than a month old) fell off as I was walking down the street - called the # today but haven't gotten an answer. I'm wondering based on all the issues described here if I will hear back. Had a quality issue with a Liz Claiborne bag last year and they sent me a new one.

Thank you Elle for the information....I've been wanting to contact them regarding an issue I have with Rosetti handbags falling apart...within the first month, it started peeling and now the strap is starting to tear away from the bag itself!! I hardly ever even have a wallet in my bag since I work in a school, I only carry my drivers license; a couple of dollars; and a couple of other small items (pen, mints; etc...). I also NEVER put my bag on a floor....always sitting on a chair at work. So disgusted with the workmanship of this product. Will be contacting them first thing tomorrow to make a complaint. Thanks again Elle!!

I am looking for a New? Rosetti handbag. I saw it at Penneys in Nashville Tennessee on Friday April 9th. It is called a Tamara Hobo. It has a change purse/wallet type item with it. I have not been able to find this anywhere else including online at any store. Please help. I would love to have it in a black and pink if it comes in it.

I bought a Rosetti purse at Burlington Coat Factory in North Richland Hills, TX.IN green with braided single strap with outside oval zip pocket. They have green, black, brown and did have it in pink. I am looking for the pink one. I live in Fort Worth, TX. Can you tell me if I can find one at the stores by Hulen or the one in Irving? I LOVE the green one I have. Thank you, Bobbie Jackson.

I am looking for a Rosetti purse that is a hobo style. It is a good sized purse-I guess it could be called large. It has one short strap that is braided with buckles on the sides. It also has an oval zipper pocket on the front with a rosetti logo on it. the bag actually has 3 different sections with the outside 2 having top zipper closures and the middle having a magnetic snap closure of the sides of the outer sections. It came with a small wallet/change purse type item. My friend bought this at kohls on clearance in the last month or so, but they do not have any more. I am not sure, but it may be called a hailey hobo. It is in a fuschia color pebbled leather type material. It also came in burnt orange and black. I have searched and searched, but cannot even find this exact style on the net. I have bought rosetti handbags for years and I love them-the style, the size, and I have never had any problems with them. I usually get tired of the purse before it has any defects. I usually carry a purse about 6-8 months. If anyone knows where a purse like this can be found, please-please-please let me know. I have family scattered around the US and may be able to get someone to get it for me. thanks, becca

I was watching the show "The Doctors" and they were making people aware that purses made of vinyl have lead in them. This lead can be poisonous, especially to children. There will be a hidden tag somewhere in the purse that will tell you if the purse is vinyl. Do not buy handbags made of vinyl!

I too have had issues with Rosetti purses falling apart within days of purchase. Returned the first one on faith as I has never purchased this brand before. The second one took a little longer to come apart - about 2 weeks. At this point, I have taken to a shoe repair shop to have it sewn sufficiently. Too bad we can't count on any kind of quality anymoe. If anyone has any info, I would appreciate it.

I received a Rosetti handbag for Christmas 2009 and have noticed that it is starting to fall apart. Reading all of the comments about the deficiencies of the Rosetti is disheartening and extremely disappointing. I too, cannot find any contact information for the Rosetti bag manufacturer. This bag was purchased at Sears for ~ $89; and it is MUCH too SOON for it to be falling apart!! What a piece of CRAP!!!

Has any one found an address, phone number, etc. for these Rosetti hand bags? I have hardly used it and the one handle broke. I would like to speak with someone on this matter. Thank you

I have contacted Sears twice now (Customer Svc., feedback) asking for a company contact for Rosetti bags. I see no official site contact via a Google search. I purchased my daughter a Rosetti handbag she wanted for Xmas 2009. A couple months ago I became aware that the bag was falling apart. The sewen leather patches holding one of the 2 straps ripped. Now the other one has ripped, so her purse has one strap remaining, in good condition, on one side. She had to take to carrying it under her arm. I was hoping to get a response from Sears, but it doesn't look forthcoming. I was so surprised to see all the comments about these bags. We, too, will not be purchasing any more Rosetti handbags. These bags aren't expensive, but cost enough that this shouldn't be happening. One can shop at TJX, Marshalls, etc. and find good quality, discounted handbags that will hold up a lot longer. Why buy junk??????

I bought a Rosetti purse about two weeks ago and within two days the straps were falling off. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and do not plan on buying anything with the name "Rosetti" on it again.

I have been buying the Rosetti Mini organizer for years. My last one, which lasted several years, has a broken zipper. I went to Kohls and purchased two new ones. The redesign is horrible. I tried it for 2 weeks and am taking them back. The new company is really stupid. The old American addage "Don't fix it if it ain't broken!" holds true for this product and they broke it. I can't believe the audacity of most corporations that acquire another, successful, company and ruin it by changing the model. Obviously Li & Fung, a subsidiary of HK Exporter has a vested interest in running the company into the ground. Sadly I will no longer purchase Rosetti handbags.

I have a Rosetti organizer small black leather hand/shoulder bag that I got at TJMAXX maybe 13-15 years ago? All the zippers are finally broken and some lining torn and the leather handles are about to split in half but I cannot find another one like this from ANY maker! Family & friends are shocked at this purse and keep begging me to get a new one but I hate most the ones out there now. THis is small with many little compartments and the GREAT thing about this most of all is it "sits up" when you place it down. I am now looking in to getting it repaired and I don't care what it costs I LOVE this purse! Strangley the outside leather is MINT condition all around, just the inside needs some TLC. They (really) don't make 'em like this anymore!

I love Rosetti handbags but the only thing I don't like about them is the lining - gray ugly cotton. I would like to suggest that Rosetti puts in a nicer lining with nicer material and color - I would pay extra for it!

I have bought a noticed yesterday that one of the pockets on the inside has the vinyl coming off of it. I will not buy this brand EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! This is my second time with the same style handbag. The top came off the last one. Thought I would give them another try. Guess it was a bad idea.

I purchased a Rosetti handbag from Shopco and paid $39.00. When I got home and took it out of the shopping bag I noticed a strong smell. It smelt like treated leather. I hung it out side thinking it just needed to air out. Then I put 6 drier sheets in it and thought I could use it. But even when someone gets in my car they ask me what that smell is. Even in my house you can smell it. So you can imagine what people are thinking when they pass me in the stores. What can you do about this? I love the style of the handbag.

I had bought a Rosetti handbag in February from Kohls department store. After 3 months of using it, the inside of it started to rip, or tear. When I tried to exchange it, the customer service representative told me I needed the receipt. All I wanted to do was exhcange it for another Rosetti handbag. I have an older rosetti handbag which I am using now. All I want is a newer, bigger handbag. Can you help?

I purchased a Rosetti handbag from Sears on March 7, 2009 and began to use it at the end of April. It was Rosetti New York Style #: 11SEA65SRCI Color: Citrus Logo $55.00 UPC: 7 91439 73518 1 Sears Information: USTL65965 2 Womens Handbags Logo Multi C9 KSN# 64412677-3 D88 M14161 099 Line: 01 CLS: 116 Harley Within three weeks, the handle ends sewn into the vinyl patches were tearing out of the vinyl. I exchanged the handbag at Sears on May 24, 2009. This newer handbag now has a cloth patch unraveling at its sewn end below a handle end. This was noticed last week. I am having a hard time finding another bag just like it to exchange at Sears. I love the color and size of the bag.

Hi! I purchase a Rosetti brown tote purse from Kohl's and is very disappointed. I've had this purse not even a week and the magnetic button that holds the purse together has ripped on one side by the button. I'm afraid that once the button comes out of the stitching I will not be able to close the bag. I've purchased many Rosetti purses in the past and has had quality purses. P Yang, Wisconsin

I purchased a Rosetti fabric and leather handbag from Sears this past fall and within a month the purse was coming apart at the seams. The handle is cracked . Stitching and fabric is quite frayed . At a price of $50+ I would expect a lot more service out of this purse. It is a very poor design and a disappointment overall.

I bought a Rosetti handbag at Kohls also. The straps has cracked off in little pieces and the zipper is almost rip into I haven't even had a chance to even use the umbrella that came with it and changes purse. Not happy!

I also bought a Rosetti handbag.at Kohl's. I was so excited. It came with a umbrella, and a small change purse included. It was beautiful. The price was $52.00on sale for $39.00. I used it on day, the lining ripped out all around the zipper inside. What a rip-off. I had to take it and get it fixed, that cost another 10.00. I would like to also know what can be done about this.

I am a big fan of Rosetti handbags. I bought a bag in Sept. & within 1 month, it fell apart. Literally by the seams. I bought another bag in october & 2 weeks later it too fell apart. Now, I am on bag 3 which I bought 3 weeks ago. Guess what - it has begun to rip also. The seams are coming undone. I have already bought 3 bags inb 1 seaon. At $45.00 per bag. I cannot afford to buy another. I would like a contact person so that I can tell them of their shoddy construction. don't know what happened with the manufacturing. I have bought these bags for 7 yeras & never had any problems before.

Both my sister and myself are looking for the purse with the bottom compartment and the magnetic closure. Are there any left out there?

I am looking for my very favorite handbag by Rosetti. It is a small bag with a center zippered pouch. It also has a side zipper opening to credit card slots, money pouch and check book slot. The outside of this incredible bag has a pouch for my cell phone and another pouch for keys, lip gloss, etc. Cannot find it anywhere. Is the N.Y.Rosetti Accessories Inc. open for desparate customers looking for their special bag? I am going to be in Manhattan soon for a short week. Can I get an address and can I get into the building? Jan from Florida

But am looking for one that I can use in the fall and winter like maybe a black one. Where can I find these. The store I ppurchased from locally doesn't have any now. Barb in SW Ohio

Bought my first Rosetti purse at JC Penny's and I will never buy another. Of all things the credit card slots were stitched too tight to hold any card of any kind. What a poor design!

ILLINOIS - Lori here. Glad to see your reply. Please email me at llw510@sbcglobal.net. My youngest daughter is 18, so I think we're good in that respect.

LORI, Illinois here. We'll have to figure out how do this so we're both protected. I've never sold anyone anything through the internet before. I don't know if it's such a good idea now. You'd have to give out your address which you might not want to do after all. If you're under 18, you'd have to ask your parents, too.

I'm looking for a black version (I have the fuschia) of the purse I bought last year at JC Penney. Fabric material w/interwining zeros on it, pocket on one side w/zipper and cell phone pocket and small pocket on other side of zipper. It zips in the middle and had a wallet attached. Sm-Med. size purse. I love the material, size and compartments. I can't find it anywhere. Please assist. vfleeton@netzero.net

I have one of those Rosetti handbags that have the bottom compartment that's magnetic. It's black vinyl. The tags are off of it, but I have never used it. The black wallet that came with it is still in the bottom compartment. Does anyone want to buy it from me? I live in Illinois & would UPS it to you.

I am looking for a Rosetti back-pack style purse to replace the one I have. It's black, in man-made leather, with zipper compartment on the fold-over front flap, and has a cellphone compartment and 2 small compartments in the front. Do you know where online or in the greater San Diego, CA area I could find one, or something similar? Thanks, Karen Freeman

I, too, have been searching for 2 years for a Rosetti organizer purse with the compartment at the bottom where that compartment is protected by a flap that snaps magnetically...just today, I won the bid I placed on it at a silent auction...where can I view additional Rosetti organizer purses of different styles?

I have purchased several Rosetti handbags with the same features that for me make sense: pocket for cell phone, extra front pocket for cards, spacious interior, back compartment with divided sections including slots for cards. The last two bought were a disappointment in that the shoulder strap separated from the pocketbook, making it useless. I was not going to buy another Rosetti handbag because of this flaw, however no other handbag has these features that I have become accustomed to. I did try to find another Rosetti handbag but the current offering is much smaller, making it difficult to use.

I have used Rosetti organizer purses for years and haven't been able to find one I like for over a year. An article I just ran across may explain that. The company was bought by a foreign firm in 2006. i wondered why the purse had become basically useless and foo foo instead of inovative and highly organized. Guess I will just have to find another brand that puts some thought into a purse instead of just creating a single hole junk recpticle

I have a Rosetti shoulder bag wallet that has a compartment for my cell phone. A few years ago I purchased two from JCPenneys. The second of which is beginning to have seen its better day!!! I would love to find another, as this is perfect for my needs - small, light weight and can hang on the handle of my walker. Please help!

I purchased (at Kohl's a couple years ago) a shoulder bag with an umbrella compartment in the bottom. I would like to purchase another and also share the info with friends who have asked. Are they still available anywhere? Dee

I have one of your shoulder bags and I can not find a replacement. I bought it at Penney's a few years ago. It came with an umbrella in it. I can do without the umbrella but would love to replace it. Have never before had such a workable bad for me. I carry three pairs of glasses along with other stuff.
