I received as a gift a gorgeous Sharif hand bag and the hardware that holds the handles to the bag came apart. I have the the big part and the bar that slides through it to hold it to the gathered part of the bag, but the screw cap is what is missing. I have been unable to find anything similar in which to hold the hardware on. Any way I can purchase the brass screw cap of the entire 3-pc hardware? I would love to carry this bag, but cannot the way it is now.

I carried my Sharif collage bag twice before the hardware on one of the handles came apart. I lost 2 of the antique brass buttons as well as the small rod that runs through that the buttons attached to. Is there anyway I could purchase these parts so I can at least get some use out of my purse. It is totally useless as it is now.

I have been purchasing Sharis handbags long before HSN-- In 2009 I purchased a silver bag with gold studs and 2 large tassils-- yesterday the handle broke and HSN wasn't able to help me have it repaired-- I took it to a repair shop and they recommended that I contact Sharif how to repair it -- this bag is one of my favorites-- please contact me to fix it-- Christine Knoth

I purchased my second sharif bag (4 in 1 convertable) from HSN on 3 flex pays. I made the final payment only to realize that the handle on boths sides are coming a loose. I don't even carry it by the handles. HSN doesn't do returns after 30 days....Needless to say I am very disappointed. They suggest I google Sharif to contact him this is the closest I have came to Sharif himself. I loved the first Sharif that I purchased over a year ago.

I agree with anonymous on 5/11/09. I purchased a "today's special value" in February which was a woven white/multi-color summer purse. I started using it around Mother's Day for the summer. The leather handles are splitting and the nappa is fraying. I e-mailed HSN only to find out they are standing by their 30-day policy. I asked them why then do they sell summer purses in the winter if they aren't going to stand behind their quality. No response. I am not shopping HSN anymore, QVC is much more customer friendly. My Sharif bag is junk, can't even sell in a yard sale.
