How would I contact the Sharif company? I have the same problem with my Sharif bag. It is falling apart and HSN will not do anything about it.

I purchased my second sharif bag (4 in 1 convertable) from HSN on 3 flex pays. I made the final payment only to realize that the handle on boths sides are coming a loose. I don't even carry it by the handles. HSN doesn't do returns after 30 days....Needless to say I am very disappointed. They suggest I google Sharif to contact him this is the closest I have came to Sharif himself. I loved the first Sharif that I purchased over a year ago.

i have purchased a number of sharif bags, from hsn...on the shows, they speak of the prices for his bags, in the stores, but i can't find a store that sells sharif bags....except for ebay, where can i purchase his bags? is there actually a store, i can walk into and but one?

I purchased a Sharif Snake Trimmed black leather bag from HSN about 7 months ago. One of the Snake skin handles that hold the strape riped where it was sewed to hold the handle. Do you guaranteed your pocketbooks for any length of time?

I agree with anonymous on 5/11/09. I purchased a "today's special value" in February which was a woven white/multi-color summer purse. I started using it around Mother's Day for the summer. The leather handles are splitting and the nappa is fraying. I e-mailed HSN only to find out they are standing by their 30-day policy. I asked them why then do they sell summer purses in the winter if they aren't going to stand behind their quality. No response. I am not shopping HSN anymore, QVC is much more customer friendly. My Sharif bag is junk, can't even sell in a yard sale.
